If you are in the progression phase, we recommend taking a little tighter than your city size (1 / 2-1 size below for example) but it is important not to suffer in order to let your foot develop mobility, proprioception and strength.
If you are an expert climber, we recommend taking the time to try the different sizes (1 to 2 sizes below) in order to find the best compromise between comfort and compression for more strength in the push.

RESULTING ADVICE
The rubber on the soles wears out quickly when climbing. For a regular climber, the lifespan of the eraser is generally 6 months to 1 year. It depends on many factors (type of rock or sine, way of climbing, cleanliness of the tracks). As soon as you see the synthetic leather through the rubber, you have to resole. If you pierce the synthetic leather, it will be difficult to resole. Our D cathlon workshops offer a resowing service to extend the life of your slippers.
