HOW TO ADJUST THE MASSAGE STICK?
To allow you to massage as many muscle groups as possible yourself with a single product, we offer you a massage stick that adapts to your needs:
Remove the 2 orange half-balls by pressing on them and place them where you want on the bar. You can join them in an X or O shape, or use the black cylinders to space them out.

HOW TO USE THE MASSAGE STICK?
Our advice, after an effort, is to massage yourself in the evening or the next day.
Once the stick is adjusted to the area to be massaged and the intensity desired, hold it by both handles and roll it over the muscle back and forth to relax or from bottom to top to drain. Adjust the pressure according to your needs and massage the area for 5 minutes.
